The Flow Music Jam and Expression Workshop (themed "Nurturing & Blessings") invited participants on a restorative journey of sound and connection. The session began with intuitive vocal chanting, spontaneous singing, and dynamic meditation to help everyone relax, quiet the mind, and reconnect with inner peace.
